About Kim

A lifelong resident of Cape Ann, Kim Lorden is a self-starter who has a successful history as a business owner and entrepreneur. She is one of the original founders of one of Cape Ann’s most loved restaurants, Passports in Gloucester, and she has been a highly successful real estate professional for more than 20 years. Kim uses her skills, strong work ethic, and comfortable style to deliver an exceptional experience for her clients. During her career, she has sold more than 100 homes in Rockport, Gloucester, and all over the North Shore.

Business Philosophy
Selling real estate on Cape Ann and the North Shore of Massachusetts satisfies both of Kim’s passions for this beautiful area and for helping people reach their goals. As real estate is often a very personal and emotional process, Kim likes to begin her relationship with each client as an empathetic listener. She encourages them to “Follow their Dream” and she uses her skills, market knowledge, and persistence to help her clients realize that dream vision of their new home.

Personal/Education
Kim is a happy homeowner living in Gloucester. She is a graduate of Rockport High School, as are her three amazing daughters. Every day, Kim lives her life in appreciation of all that the coastal communities of the North Shore provide. You could just as easily find her walking a woodsy Dogtown/Cape Pond trail with her dog, Denver, as you could out on the Annisquam River boating with friends, or shopping on Bearskin Neck, or dancing to live music. Staying fit is a passion. Kim enjoys yoga and just this year she ventured into Cape Ann Cross Fit workouts. She is a proud UNH graduate with her B.A. in Psychology. Since her licensure in real estate in 2002, Kim has stayed current and involved in her field taking professional classes, earning designations, and teaching at her local Realtor Association. She is an active member of the Greater Cape Ann Chamber of Commerce, and both the Massachusetts and National Association of Realtors.
